Upcoming Events › Workshop
When: 31st March 2017
Where: DMLL Teaching Room
The workshop focus is on how to design the activities in a flipped classroom. Attendees have the chance to design some activities based on different cognitive levels of thinking. They will realize and distinguish the inter-relationships between the Bloom’s cognitive levels of thinking and the LEARN cards designed by DMLL (Disruptive Media Learning Lab) and will have the opportunity of using them to design and create some pre-session and during-session activities for their own lectures.
The workshop will be delivered by: Dr Mojtaba Ammari – Senior Lecturer in Academic Development & Alan Richards – Certified facilitator of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and materials, Disruptive Media Learning Lab (DMLL).

Join us for the next CU DoOO Community Lunch!
When: 12-2pm, April 4th
Where: the Teaching room, DMLL
We will have with us a very special guest, Audrey Watters (author of Claim Your Domain – Own Your Online Presence), who will talk about the philosophy behind this and will discuss examples.
We would like it to be an opportunity for the community to share practice and it would be great if some of you could volunteer to talk briefly about who you have made use of this platform or what are your plans in this regard. If you would be happy to do this please email Lauren Heywood (email@example.com). Otherwise, feel free to just attend the session and learn from the experience of others.
To register interest in attending, please email the CU DoOO team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
