The DMLL is looking to recruit an experienced Projects and Community Assistant to support internal and externally funded Projects and Community Development in the Disruptive Media Lab.

This will entail administration, designing and developing marketing materials, developing and maintaining a DMLL social media presence and supporting and promoting DMLL events. We are looking for a proactive individual who possesses excellent organisational, creative, marketing, project administration, communication and IT skills.

The Disruptive Media Learning Lab (DMLL) is an exciting, bustling, experimental unit situated in the Frederick Lanchester Library in the heart of the campus. The DMLL comprises of academics, learning technologists, subject librarians, educational developers and researchers. The Lab focuses on innovations in new teaching and learning methodologies and technologies. Some examples are Flipped Classrooms, Open Courses, new models of online learning, games science and Gamification. We work across all the Faculties and departments in the University to challenge and enhance traditional approaches to teaching and learning.
