#disruptivebytes: Active Learning Platforms with Sam Hegarty

Sam Hegarty, Project Officer, Business eLearning, University of New South Wales will be visiting Coventry on the 28^th September. He will be providing some demonstrations of technology-enhanced learning tools that UNSW are utilising.

UNSW is currently piloting the Active Learning Platform which is increasing engagement and participation amongst students, especially within lectures. It allows content to be interacted with seamlessly via students’ comments and questions before, during and after class. This session will demonstrate the system from a student and academic point of view, and talk about the impact it’s having on lectures.
