On 29th January, the DMLL was host to Maggi Savin-Baden and Katherine Wimpenny’s book ‘A Practical Guide to Arts Related Research‘. As a celebration of its publication, Maggi and Katherine wanted to invite academics and artists to come listen to their reasoning behind the book and its importance to their practice as researchers.
Katherine, Maggi and practicing Artist Sue Challis discussed the challenges of using an arguabley subjective medium to become the basis for research, but also its benefits.
