Overview:
The CU SPRINT; based upon the Google Ventures Sprint; is designed to allow course teams the time, space, and resource to radically reconsider their offering starting bottom-up from the ideal graduate. The CU SPRINT, in its pure form, takes place over five consecutive days to provide completed course specification, a prototype course website, and stakeholder feedback. Variations of this process have been used to design individual modules, online courses, undergraduate, and postgraduate courses.
This workshop provides participants with an overview of the CU SPRINT process, explores considerations for delivering CU SPRINT, and provides knowledge and support to run module and course design SPRINTs across the University group. The CU SPRINT has been used to design courses and new educational solutions across all four faculties, designing new courses and refreshing existing offerings to great success.
