The 2020 Wikimedia in Education UK Summit will “bring together people using Wikipedia in the classroom and those who would like to learn more about how it works”. In the UK alone, there are 18 universities teaching around 25 modules with the use of Wikipedia and its sister Wikimedia projects in the classroom. This summit will be a great way to connect with other educators and passionate Wikimedians about how role the world’s largest Open Educational Resource can help you.
As co-organisers of the event, we have a limited number of free places available to Coventry University staff members.
